The head of the Human Resource Unit of each University is the authorized administrator for the Incubation Center. He/ She is supported by an employee appointed by the Cattain studios Pvt. who is responsible for collecting and uploading video resumes data bases.

Once after clear discussion Incubation Authority can proceed Sign on MOU with agreed terms/conditions.
Once after Sign on MOU as agreed the Incubation Authority must provide the required infrastructure to operate the incubation center
